Consent Agenda Consent Agenda <br /> City Manager, requested that Item C-4 be removed from the <br /> Consent Agenda. <br /> Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded that Items C-1 through C-3 and <br /> C-5 & C-6 be approved. Nays: none. <br /> C-1 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, approval of resolution declaring Resolution 9791 <br /> costs for projects to be assessed in 2000 and ordering preparation of Declaring Costs for <br /> assessment rolls for various projects. In 2000 <br /> c-2 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, authorizing acceptance of the General Donations <br /> $50,000 donation from Marion Short for the Arboretum.
