Nays: none. <br /> I-6 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, by resolution, to approve the Resolution 9796 <br /> request by Dean [Sabetti] fora 20-foot corner side yard Dean Sabetti <br /> setback variance to allow an addition to the existing garage (or Setback Variance <br /> reconstruction) on property located at 2016 Beacon Street, 2016 Beacon Street <br /> conditioned on the finding stipulated by the Roseville Planning (PF3233) <br /> Commission and those additional findings determined by the City <br /> Council. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and <br /> Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> J. Ordinances and Resolutions <br /> K. Reports and Recommendations (Continued, if necessary) <br /> L. Items Tabled <br /> L-1 Maschka moved, Kysylyczyn seconded approval of the variance for Resolution 9797 <br /> the required lot coverage of the residential lot, 30%, as requested by Reichenbach/Anderson <br /> Reichenbach/Anderson based on the following: those items set out Variance <br /> in the Planning Commission, therefore, the Planning Commission 1858 Hamline Ave <br /> recommended approval of the request of the variance to increase the (PF3236) <br /> residential lot size from 30% to 39.5%. "That will give you the 750 <br /> sq. ft. garage" (Planning Commission recommendation). Roll Call, <br /> Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to deny the request by <br /> Reichenbach/Anderson for a conditional use permit to construct an <br /> accessory building (detached garage) greater than the allowable <br /> (40%) rear yard area for the property located at 1858 Hamline <br /> Avenue based on tag f��gs—ef. the abe310g findings from the <br /> Planning Commission and the additional findings of the City <br /> Council. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays: <br /> Kysylyczyn. <br /> M. Other Business <br /> N. Adjournment Adjournment <br /> Kysylyczyn moved, Goedeke seconded, to adjourn the meeting at <br /> 9:35 p.m. <br />
