EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br /> Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 28th day of August, 2000, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br /> Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION XXXX <br /> FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, 1999 CITY CONTRACT A, <br /> CITY PROJECTS P-99-02, P-99-04, and P-99-13. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on April 26, 1999, Central <br /> Landscaping of Forest Lake, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated <br /> with 1999 Contract A. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br /> and approved; and j <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br /> for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the warranty period specified in the contract shall <br /> commence on August 28, 2000. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote <br /> being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following <br /> voted against the same: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
