EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 28th day of August, <br /> 2000, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke and <br /> Kysylyczyn. <br /> and the following were absent: . <br /> Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> Relating to a <br /> Joint And Cooperative Agreement <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Section 471.59 permits two more governmental units, <br /> by agreement of their governing bodies, to jointly and cooperatively <br /> exercise any power common to each of them; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties have entered into this Joint and Cooperative Agreement to <br /> develop programs on matters of mutual concern and interest and identify, <br /> review and actively oppose proposals that may be in conflict with the <br /> interest of the members. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute the Joint and Cooperative Agreement as <br /> amended and attached hereto. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: I and and the following voted against the same: . <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
