He has requested sanitary sewer and water services to this building. Our <br /> records indicate that Falcon Heights does not have utilities adjacent to this site. Mr. <br /> Krausert has investigated the possibility of serving this site with sanitary sewer and water <br /> through the utilities available from the City of Roseville. Due to the lack of-local <br /> municipal utility service coverage in this area, the City of Falcon Heights has no <br /> objection to the site being served with sanitary sewer and water through the City of <br /> Roseville. <br /> Please feel free to give me a call if you have any questions.
