EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY <br /> COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 13th day of November 2000, at 6:30 <br /> p.m. <br /> The following members were present: , <br /> and the following members were absent: <br /> Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A Resolution Approving a Minor Subdivision at 1907 North Gluek Lane West <br /> WHEREAS, Brad and Jan Peterson have requested a minor subdivision of their parcel <br /> located at 1907 North Gluek Lane West for the purpose of creating two single family residential lots; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1104.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a <br /> minor subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: Lot 6, Block I, Midway Acres, City of <br /> Roseville County of Ramsey, Minnesota (PID # 092923340006); and <br /> WHEREAS, said request will create two lots that meet all applicable requirements (width, <br /> depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br /> Roseville, Minnesota(the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota,that a minor subdivision to create <br /> two residential lots, both meeting the applicable R-1, Single Family Residential District <br /> requirements, for property located at 1907 North Gluek Lane West be approved, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> A. The newly created lot must have a width of]OO feet and a depth of approximately 213.8 <br /> feet. <br /> B. The applicant must provide a ftve foot wide utility and drainage easement adjacent each <br /> property of both Parcel A and B. <br /> C. The applicant must create a 15 foot wide private easementfor the existing sanitary sewer <br /> that crosses over the property line (Parcel A to Parcel B) to protect the interest of the <br /> existing home or the service can be relocated without the need for a private easement. <br /> 1 <br />
