DRAFT <br /> EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY <br /> COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 13th day of October 2000, at 6:30 <br /> p.m. <br /> The following members were present: and <br /> the following members were absent: <br /> Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A Resolution Reaffirming a Minor Subdivision of Property <br /> Located at 500 and 492 Lovell Avenue <br /> WHEREAS, James Westby received approval of a lot division form the Roseville City <br /> Council on May 23, 1994;and <br /> WHEREAS, the legal documents were never properly recorded within the allotted six month <br /> time frame, thus making the Council action null and void; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Westby has requested the Roseville City Council reaffirm their 1994 <br /> approval in the form of Minor Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Westby has requested the division of his parcel located at 480 Lovell <br /> Avenue for the purpose of creating two single family residential lots; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Westby proposed Minor Subdivision includes a portion of vacated <br /> Cohansey Street roadway easement; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1104.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a <br /> minor subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, said request will create two lots that meet all applicable requirements (width, <br /> depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, 500 Lovell Avenue will be legally described as: <br /> The West 100.0 feet of the North 175 feet of the west half of the Southwest quarter of the <br /> Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12, Township 29 North, Range 23 <br /> West, subject to Lovell Avenue as per Document Number 15 79619; and <br /> I <br />
