<br /> Burrell, as the Acting City Manager effective November 3, 2000 Transition Plan
<br /> continuing through the start date of a new City Manager, with an
<br /> annualized pay of $95,000, and with the full responsibilities as
<br /> described by State Statutes, Plan B Form of Government. Roll Call,
<br /> Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None
<br /> Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize the contract with the
<br /> Executive Search firm of Oldani Group [for the purpose of
<br /> coordinating the City Manager recruitment process] in an amount
<br /> not to exceed $40,000 to be paid from the Administrative salary
<br /> account or the contingent account for direct and related expenses
<br /> associated with the search. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel
<br /> and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.

<br /> F-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, the adoption of the proposed Adoption of
<br /> Lexington Park Master Plan and the authorization for Brauer and Lexington Park Master PI
<br /> Associates, at a cost of $40,000, to complete the plans and Authorization of
<br /> specifications as directed and to enter into a contract with R.A. Contract with R.A. Morto
<br /> Mortonsen, at a cost of$11,000, for construction manager services Construcfion-Manager
<br /> in the development of Lexington Park with the moneys taken from Services
<br /> the PIP budgeted for Lexington Park. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br /> Maschka, Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: Wiski.
<br /> F-3 Kysylyczyn moved, Mastel seconded, to approve construction of a Construction of
<br /> privacy fence at 22 14 Lexington Avenue in an amount not to exceed Privacy Fence
<br /> $9,500 from the Housing Fund under the Borders and Buffers 2214 Lexington Avenue
<br /> program. Upon direction to proceed, staff will obtain a complete (98-108)
