EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 26th day of September, 2011, <br /> at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus; Pust; McGehee; Johnson; and Roe and the <br /> following members were absent: none. <br /> Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 10936 <br /> FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br /> ROSEWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> (PHASE 2) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on June 28, 2010, for the <br /> Rosewood Neighborhood Drainage Improvements Project (Phase 2), Urban Companies, of St. <br /> Paul, Minnesota,has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with this contract. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br /> and approved; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper <br /> order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract <br /> shall commence on September 26, 2011. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Pust <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus; Pust; <br /> McGehee; Johnson; and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
