EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of September, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Willmus; Pust; McGehee; Johnson; and Roe. and the following were absent: none. Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 10933 RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO THE ROSEVILLE AREA YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION WHEREAS, the Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association has applied for a lawful gambling premise permit to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2801 Snelling Avenue; and WHEREAS,the Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association has met the requirements as specified in City Code, Section 304 as well as State Statutes. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of the Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2801 Snelling Avenue. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Pust and upon a vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof:Willmus;Pust;McGehee;Johnson;and Roe. and the following voted against the same: none. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
