<br /> C. Approval of Minutes
<br /> C-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Minutes
<br /> February 22, 1999 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes,- Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and
<br /> Wall. Nays:None.
<br /> C-2 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of
<br /> March 12, 1999 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and
<br /> Wall. Nays: None.
<br /> D. Consent Agenda
<br /> Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that items D-1 & D-2, D-4 & D-5} D-7 Consent
<br /> through D-12 and D-14 through D-16, be approved. Roil Call, Ayes: Mastel, Agenda
<br /> Goedeke,Maschka and Wall. Nays:None.
<br /> D-1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that a proclamation proclaiming Friday, Arbor Day
<br /> April 23, 1999 as Arbor Day, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Martel, Goedeke, Proclamation
<br /> Maschka and Wall. Nays:None.
<br /> D-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the ,juvenile Accountability Incentive .CAI BG
<br /> Block Grant AIB ) in the amount of$9,929 be accepted and to authorize the Acceptance
<br /> City Manager to sign the grant agreement. Roll call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke,
<br /> Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.
<br /> D-3 Item removed from the Consent Agenda.
<br /> D-4 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution No. 9637, authorizing Resolution 9637
<br /> Roseville police to enter into a grant agreement with the State of Minnesota for Community
<br /> costs relating to the released sex offender community notification meeting, be Notification
<br /> adopted. Roll call,Ayes:Mastel, Goedeke,Maschka.and Wall. Nays:None. Grant
<br /> D-5 Mastel moved., Maschka seconded, that resolution No. 9638, approving re- Resolution 9638
<br /> description and correction of a minor subdivision at 3096 Cleveland Avenue Ikon Rolle
<br /> North, be adopted. Roll Calla Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays: (P F3o 7 )
