Extract of Minutes of Meetlmng <br /> of City Council <br /> City of Roseville <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City council of the city of <br /> Roseville,County of Ramsey,Minnesota}was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br /> Roseville,Minnesota*on Monday, the n"day of March, 1999, at 630 p.m.,, <br /> The following members were present:Mastel, oe delve,Maschka,wall <br /> and the following were absent;wiski <br /> Member Goedeke introduced the follom1ng resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Apim eK z e;) Pes. tA& <br /> Resolution No. 9644 <br /> h ul 11??fWX Resolution acating a Portion of County Road D <br /> Ifla tt it 91 <br /> 40A In Connection with the Proposed Redevelopment at 3116 Fairview Avenue North <br /> '('Ric Cox-.- P F3 092) <br /> VMEREAS,the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the request of laic Cox <br /> for vacation of a portion of county Road D in connection with the proposed redevelopment of <br /> the parcel at the southeast corner of Fairview Avenue and county Road D (3116 Fairview <br /> Avenue North)to allow for a small office building;and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Ric Cox request <br /> for vacation of portion of county Road D, approximately 7 12 feet wide by 155.99 feet in <br /> length, directly east of Fairview Avenue adjacent property located at 3116 FaiMew Avenue <br /> North,based on findings of the staff report dated.March 10, 1999; <br /> VMEREA ,it appears that it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a <br /> portion of county Road H in connection with the request for a Planned Unit Development to <br /> redevelop the parcel at the southeast corner of Fai a ew and county Road D as a small office <br /> building(4,000-5,000 s.f.)a <br /> ,r <br /> Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the city council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota,hereby vacates a portion of county Road D,said area legally described as: <br /> f the Northeast Quarter of ection 4,To nsh.�.he west O�feet of the north 1 feet o .l <br /> AL 29, a <br /> Rare g , subject to roadwa y easements(PIN#042923120001). <br /> 040.
