Extract of Minutes of Meetlmng of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City council of the city of Roseville,County of Ramsey,Minnesota}was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville,Minnesota*on Monday, the n"day of March, 1999, at 630 p.m.,, The following members were present:Mastel, oe delve,Maschka,wall and the following were absent;wiski Member Goedeke introduced the follom1ng resolution and moved its adoption: Apim eK z e;) Pes. tA& Resolution No. 9644 h ul 11??fWX Resolution acating a Portion of County Road D Ifla tt it 91 40A In Connection with the Proposed Redevelopment at 3116 Fairview Avenue North '('Ric Cox-.- P F3 092) VMEREAS,the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the request of laic Cox for vacation of a portion of county Road D in connection with the proposed redevelopment of the parcel at the southeast corner of Fairview Avenue and county Road D (3116 Fairview Avenue North)to allow for a small office building;and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Ric Cox request for vacation of portion of county Road D, approximately 7 12 feet wide by 155.99 feet in length, directly east of Fairview Avenue adjacent property located at 3116 FaiMew Avenue North,based on findings of the staff report dated.March 10, 1999; VMEREA ,it appears that it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of county Road H in connection with the request for a Planned Unit Development to redevelop the parcel at the southeast corner of Fai a ew and county Road D as a small office building(4,000-5,000 s.f.)a ,r Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the city council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota,hereby vacates a portion of county Road D,said area legally described as: f the Northeast Quarter of ection 4,To nsh.�.he west O�feet of the north 1 feet o .l AL 29, a Rare g , subject to roadwa y easements(PIN#042923120001). 040.
