Attached is a letter from the Association and a map showing the location of the course and <br /> jump. <br /> Notice of the Hearing regarding the request has been mailed to affected lake property owners and placed in <br /> the legal section of the Roseville Focus. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> It is recommended the City Council recommend that the Ramsey County Sheriff approve the request for <br /> water ski course and jump on Lake Owasso. <br /> Council Action Re guested <br /> Motion recommending approval of the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association's request for permit from the <br /> Ramsey County Sheriff to place water ski course and water ski jump on Lake Owasso for 1999. <br />
