Owner intends to demoilsh. <br /> 2. 2233 Hamflne Ave/ Madre; Notice sent to reduce leasing signage on building to 70 <br /> square feat maximum. Owner claims sign is 30 years old and grandfathered in. <br /> Research indicates that 70 square feet is maximum. The cloth/vinyl material will not he <br /> pursued as a violation as previous codes did not prohibit these materials. <br /> 3. 1661 standbridge:- Herne in disrepair. City will require additional work to be performed. <br /> Possibly need to abate. This site will be a priority in 1999. <br /> 4. 9341 oodhill give/ Media one: Notified that service vehicles only allowed ®in southwest <br /> fenced lot. Have complied for the most part but a second notice was sent 3131/99. <br /> Media is proposing solid security fence around the southwest let. <br /> 5. 450 Owasso Hills Dr: Property with debris/junk on site. Working with owner. Some <br /> improvement. Adjoining property may install privacy fencing. <br /> 6. 1482 county Road c ongoing problem with oar repair/tow operation in residential <br /> area. <br /> 7. 3000 Troseth: Issue of 10-15 related adults occupying one home. No definite solution at <br /> this time. Getting more complaints regarding this type of issue on other properties. <br /> 8. 3051 Lydia: Ne'lghbors tree fell on this property. Owner upset that City won't resolve. <br /> Suggested dispute resolution. <br /> 9. 176 south Owasso Blvd/Vernhagen: Junk in yard. Owner notified to clean, may not <br /> cooperate. Court a possibility. Will monitor in spring. <br />
