Request For City Council Action <br /> Date: 03122/99 <br /> Item No: D-5 <br /> Department Approval: Manager Approved: Agenda Section: <br /> CONSENT <br /> Items 6escription: bequest for Lot Line Correction Minor Subdivision Approval: <br /> Ron Dolle, 3 096 Cleveland Ave., Roseville (PF3072) <br /> 1.0 Requested Action <br /> 1.1 Ron Rolle, 3096 Cleveland Avenue North, is requesting approval of a minor subdivision to <br /> re-describe and correct a lot lire over which a portion of his house was built. The request <br /> was continued from the February 22, 1999 meeting to the March 8, 1999 meetng at the <br /> applicant's request. <br /> 2.0 Background <br /> 2.1 This Ikon Rolle request for approval of a Minor Subdivision was forwarded to the Council <br /> for action on February 22, 1999. The staff recommended approval, conditioned upon the <br /> applicant compliance with a series of conditions. The Council continued this item to the <br /> regular meeting of March 8, 1 999, however this meeting was rescheduled to the Council's <br /> March 22, 1999 regular meeting. <br /> 2.2 Section 1104.04D of the City Code dealing with minor subdivision corrections states: <br /> Corrections: When a survey or description of a parcel or lot has been found to be inadequate <br /> to describe the actual boundaries, approval of a corrective subdivision may be requested. <br /> This type of subdivision creates no new lots or streets. The proposed corrective subdivision, <br /> in sketch plan form, along with a letter signed by all affected owners agreeing to the new <br /> subdi vision, shall be submitted to the City Council for approval. No hearing or Planning <br /> Commission review is necessary unless the proposal is referred to the omxnission by the <br /> Community Development Director for clarification. The proposed parcels shall not cause any <br /> portion of the existing lots,parcels,or existing buildings to be in violation of this regulation <br /> or the zoning code. A certificate of survey illustrating the corrected boundaries shall be <br /> required on all parcels. within thirty (30) days after approval by the City Council, the <br /> applicant shall supply the final survey to the Community Development Director and City <br /> Manager for review and approval. After completion of the review and approval by the <br /> Community Development Director and City Manager, the survey shall be recorded by the <br /> applicant with the Ramsey County recorder within sixty (60) days. Failure to record the <br /> subdivision within sixty (60) days shall nullify the approval of the subdivision. <br /> FF3072-RCA(03122/99)-Page 1 of 3 <br />
