DRAFT <br /> EXTRACT OF MINUTES of MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RO E ILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a i cgular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the <br /> 22nd day of March, 1 999, at 6:30 p.m.. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR 2945 PARTRIDGE ROAD (ROSEVILLE CHRYSLER PLYMOUTH <br /> To ALLOW A MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERSHIP (P.F. 30 98) <br /> VMEREA , Jerry Golinvauxl, Roseville Chrysler Plymouth, 2805 Highway 35W forth <br /> has requested approvals to allow a motor vehicle dealership for the purpose of storing excess <br /> vehicles, on property located at 2945 Partridge Road; <br /> WHEREAS,,, Section 1007.03C8 states that new and used motor vehicle sales are allowed <br /> by a dealer, by conditional use permit; and <br /> W-HEREAS,the site does not meet the current requirements for front, rear, and side yard <br /> setbacks and encroaches into adjacent private or public property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the site, located in Comprehensive Plan District#10 (with a Comprehensive <br /> Plan designation of I) is zoned I- , General Industrial; and <br /> VMEREA ,the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the <br /> requ,Qst on Wednesday, Larch 10, 1999, and recommended approval of the requested conditional <br /> use permit (subject to conditions); and <br /> WHEREAS,,the Roseville City Council received the Planning onunission's <br /> recommendation on Monday, March 22, 1 999; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Roseville City Council made the following findings: <br /> 1. The project will not create additional traffic nor the need for additional public facilities. <br /> With proper exterior building treatment, drainage, and landscaping, the building will no <br /> have an impact on surrounding property values. There appears to be no impact on genera <br /> health, safety, and public welfare. In addition, the project complies with the <br /> Comprehensive Plan designation as an industrial use. <br /> 2. Section 1007.0 l A 1 a states that a building must have a 40-foot front yard setback. <br />
