However, I have not yet sought any rezoning or minor <br /> subdivision approval . <br /> Essentially, the matters you and I discussed more than five <br /> months ago still need to be put into effect . I need to <br /> coordinate that situation with the PUD Agreement to make this <br /> process as efficient and timely as possible . <br /> My concerns at this time, are that I don' t }snow if there has been <br /> any change in any fee requirements since this matter, is now into <br /> a new year, and I further have to understand' how t ii e P U S <br /> Agreement (which I am not involved in) will affect the negotiated <br /> Agreement between my client and his neighbor. I would life to <br /> review this situation with you at your first opportunity{ and I <br /> would appreciate it if you would give me a call as to when you <br /> might available .
