It is m <br /> understanding that the PUD Agreement is taking into consideration <br /> the lot line reconfiguration proposed by my client and his <br /> neighbor. However, I have not Yet sought any rezoning or minor <br /> subdivision approval . <br /> Essentially, the matters you and I discussed more than five <br /> months ago still need to he put into effect . I need to <br /> coordinate that situation with the PUD Agreement to make this <br /> process as efficient and timely as possible <br /> My concerns at this time, are that I don' t know if there has been <br /> anv change in any fee requirements since this matter is now into <br /> a T new year, and I f u r t he r have to unde r s t anti how c.ire <br /> Agreement (which I am not involved in) will affect the negotiated <br /> Agreement between nay client and his neighbor. I would like to <br /> review this situation with you at your first opportunity, and <br /> would appreciate it if you would give erne a call as to when you <br /> might available .
