EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Fall on Monday, the <br /> 22nd day of February, 1999, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR 2330 AUERBACH AVENUE NORTH (TOM AND MARILYN WEAVER) <br /> TO CONSTRUCT A 968 SQFIF. GARAGE (P.F. 3095) <br /> VMEREAS,Tom and Marilyn Weaver,2330 Auerbach Avenue North have requested <br /> approval to construct a 22'x }(953 sq.ft.)four-stall detached garage on their 10,125 s%ft. <br /> residential lot; <br /> WHEREAS,the proposed building(965 sq.ft.) exceeds the maximum allowed rear yard <br /> coverage of the 40 , and further,on this lot the 40 detached building area is calculated as 75 <br /> feet in width x 30 feet in depth(goo sq.ft.), and therefore requires a conditional use permit as <br /> per City Code Section 1004-01A.12; and <br /> VVIHEREAS,the 968 s q.ft.building would have four parking lays and shop space and <br /> would be ttsed for storage of personal vehicles and residential equipment;and <br /> WHEREAS,the site,located in Comprehensive Flan District#6(with a Comprehensive <br /> Plan designation of L-R) is zoned R-1;and <br /> WHEREAS,the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the <br /> request on Wednesday,February 10, 1999,and recommended approval of the requested <br /> conditional use permit(subject to conditions);and <br /> WHEREAS,the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation on Monday, February 22, 1999-, and <br /> wIEREAS,the Roseville City Council made the following findings: <br /> 1.
