a4k)rA77LJC
10) We need a larger garage because we have three vehicles and a fishing boat and we'd
like to be able to put them all in the garage. In add it io n, we have lawn and garden
equipment and a large snowblower. we simply need more space. The reason we
need to move our garage back is because we recently purchased a `' wheel and
we'd like to store it away from the street. To accomplish this, we need to move our
garage back to the rear of our property.
11) The change would allow us to keep our boat, vehicles and other equipment in the
garage. Because our property has no neighbors to the rear(East), the garage would
have no effect on any residential property. In fact, the move of our garage and R
further back on our property would make it more aesthetically pleasing from the
street and to our neighbors.
Note; The garage height will not exceed 15' and the roof pitch will be the sane as
the house. We plan to use the same garage door(7' x 16').
