All petitions,memorials,and other communications which may be filed with,or delivered to the <br /> Manager prior to the meeting of the Council shall be brought before the Council by the Manager. <br /> Rule 9 Vote <br /> 1. Roll Call shall be called from the presiding officer's right to his/her left,except the presiding officer <br /> shall vote last. <br /> 2. voice vote may be taken fef on anv matter. The ma or shall confirm all unanimous voice votes. <br /> A Roll Call vote shall be taken on all non-unanimous votes. Any member may request a roll call <br /> vote.
