REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br /> DATE: 2/8199 <br /> ITEM O-: H_1 <br /> Department Approval, Manager reviewed: A enda section: <br /> \a M (:A; C:��- <br /> Hearing <br /> Item Description: Public Improvement 1~Iearings 1999 Pavement Management Program <br /> (PMP) <br /> Background: On September 14, 1998,the City Council selected neighborhoods for the 1999 <br /> FMp and ordered the preparation of feasibility studies for these projects. On January 25, 1999, <br /> the Council ordered public hearings. Public hearings will be held on February 8, 1999,at 7:15 <br /> p.m. Following is a list of the projects to be heard: <br /> P-99-02 Neighborhood 19 woodlynn Avenue, S.Owasso Boulevard to Farrington ct. <br /> Farrington Ct.cul-de-sac <br /> P-99-02 Neighborhood 22 Woodbridge Street, South Owasso Blvd.to woodlynn Avow'. <br /> woodlynn Avenue, Rice Street to cul-de-sac <br /> P-99-02 Neighborhood 23 Maple Lane ct,western Avenue to cul-de-sac <br /> Woodbridge Street,Maple Lane to S.Owasso Boulevard <br /> Woodbridge Street,County Road c to County Road C <br /> Marion Street;County load C to county Road <br /> altier Street,County Road C to Iona Lane <br /> Matilda Street;county load c to Iona Lane <br /> Iona Lane,Galtier Street to Woodbridge Street <br /> Prior to individual hearings,staff will present general information regarding construction, <br /> standards,and assessments that apply to all projects. To facilitate the hearing process,staff <br /> suggests the Council follow the attached agenda for each hearing. Feasibility reports were <br /> distributed to the council at the Janua-ry 25, 1999,meeting. For the Council's convenience, <br /> additional feasibility reports are available. <br /> We have received a petition from Neighborhood 22 protesting the proposed improvements.A <br /> copy of this petition is in the feasibility report.A map showing the properties listed,on the <br /> petition is attached. <br />
