Nays: Mastel. <br /> 1-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Midas Muffler request for a minor Midas Muffler <br /> amendment to the 1989 Conditional Use hermit to allow renovation and the use of Renovation <br /> red color for trim, awnings and signage on the Midas building located at 2168 3102) <br /> Snelling Avenue North, be continued to a meeting not later than April 12, 1999. <br /> Roll Call,Ayes:Maschka, Goedeke,Martel,wiski and wall. Nays: None. <br /> I-3 Mastel moved, wiski seconded, that College Properties/Eagle Crest request for College <br /> concept approval of a PUD Marx to amend the boundary to add approximately 1.2 Properties/ <br /> acres in order to increase the size of the Country Inn and Suites building to allow Eagle Crest <br /> for a three story addition, consistent in design and materials with the existing (PF 3094 <br /> building,within which 24 more lodging units and a restaurant will be constructed, <br /> based on the findings in Section 3 and the conditions in Section 4 of the bequest <br /> for Council Action, dated January 25, 1999 and the Planning Commission <br /> recommendation of January 13, 1999. The effective date of the amended PUD will <br /> be after submission of all revised documents, final approvals, signings of the <br /> amended agreement and publication of the amended PUD Ordinance. <br /> The Council also asked for further detail on additional landscaping along Snelling <br /> Avenue and County load -2 as well as screening of the entry to the storage area <br /> below the restaurant. <br /> Roll Call,ayes:Ma.schka, Goedeke,Mastel,wiski and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ric cox request for concept approval of a Cox Insurance <br /> PUD plan for a 4,000 to 5,000 s.f. office building planned unit development at the (PF 309 2) <br /> southeast corner of the intersection of County road D and Fan' Mwew Avenue, based <br /> on the findings outlined in Section 3 of the bequest for Council Action, be <br /> approved. The effective date of such planned unit development will not occur <br /> until after the submission and approvals of the vacation of the needed portion of <br /> county Road D; and, after the submission and final approval of the planned unit <br /> development agreement and publication of the PUD ordinance;with the condition <br /> that a landscape plan, utility plan, grading plan and any other plan requested by <br /> the City, may be necessary. Roll call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, wi.ski and wall. <br /> Nays: None. Abstain: Maschka, because he may rent space in the proposed <br /> building. <br />
