Since some of these comments could impact <br /> the proposed site plan, it is difficult for engineering to mare a positive recommendation for this proposed <br /> rezoning until some of these issues are addressed. <br /> Site Flan <br /> 1. The Ramsey County right-of way guidelines require the dedication of an additional 10 feet of right-of-way <br /> along Fairview Ave. This will impact the proposed site plan. It appears that the proposed design does tape <br /> this additional right-of way into account. <br /> R ht-of-wad <br /> 1. we have had discussions with the Arden Hills Public works staff'regarding the proposed right-of moray <br /> vacation, 'Their primary concern is retaining enough right-of-way to maintain the existing in place <br /> utilities and street configurati <br />
