No alternative is available to this date, <br /> Construction of a new site would be complete late in 1999. <br /> 4.0 Suggested Council Action <br /> By motion, approve the request of Allied Building Products Corporation} 1920 county load C,to <br /> continued outdoor storage of emergency materials such as bundled shingles on their site,through <br /> December 31, 19997 with the following conditions: <br /> 1. All exterior stored materials shall be placed behind the rear building line of the <br /> building and screened from view of front and side property lines with temporary <br /> wood fencing as approved by the Community Development Director. <br /> 2. All exterior stored materials shall be stored in such a manner to provide emergency <br /> access to all sides of the building, as approved by the Fire Marshal. <br /> I Exterior storage of materials after December 31, 1999 shall be considered a <br /> violation of the City Code. <br /> 4.
