Johnson, m a s to 1 l Go a de k e i <br /> and V, Johnson, <br /> The following members were absent None .,, <br /> V. <br /> {ember P, Johnson moved that the following resolution be adopted- <br /> RE SOLUTION NO. 0 <br /> ESTABLISHMENT OF PRIORITIES FOR ROE ILLE AN ID RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS (CDBG) AND HOME <br /> INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP (HOME) FUNDS <br /> WIMREAS 7 in September of 1 994, the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted a City <br /> Comprehensive Plan with specific goals to provide housing for all phases of the life cycle, <br /> rnaintwn the existing ratios of housing, and improve the existing housing stock, <br /> particularly <br /> the <br /> affordable hou si n g s to. e�* and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has, since 1985, continued to be an active participant ant to the <br /> Ramsey County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment <br /> } Partnership (HOME) Programs, and <br /> r <br /> "TMREA , annually the City Council establishes priority improvements for the City Housing <br /> Program and recommends priorities for the Ramsey County CDB IH0M1 project funding,, <br /> g <br /> 'Ow} THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of`the City of Roseville hereby <br /> establishes <br /> the following five City of Roseville CDB IHONE lousing and economic <br /> development funding priorities (I is highest rating, 5 is lowest rating): <br /> 1. Rehabilitation of owner occupied property(including energy conservation). <br /> 2. Removal of dilapidated structures/site development. <br /> 3. Job creation opportunities <br /> 4. Rehabilitation of rental housi <br />
