He seeks statistics about seat belt
tickets written by the Roseville Police Department, and questions
our priorities. Beets indicated he would report back to the Council at
the next Council Meeting on November 13.
A-3 Kris Kringle, owner of the commercially zoned property at 1887
Rice Street, spoke about a Code Compliance letter he received. He
seeks clarification of, or relief from, a duty to clean snow off the
sidewalk in front of his property. The Roseville Fire
Department responded on a mutual aid basis.
A-5 John Ericson, 1233 Larpenteur Avenue, asked who would shovel
snow from the sidewalk in front of his commercial property. Bloom
explained that, due to the mid-block Ramsey County Parcel, and the
fact that the City plows trails on Fernwood and Hamline, the stretch
of Larpenteur sidewalk in front of Mr. Ericson's property will be
plowed by the City of Roseville.
A-6 Scott Brannon, 15 13 Larpenteur Avenue, also asked who would
shovel snow from the sidewalk in front of his commercial property.
Bloom explained that, due to the mid-block Ramsey County Parcel,
and the fact that the City plows trails on Fernwood and Hamline, the
stretch of Larpenteur sidewalk in front of Mr. Brannon's property
will be plowed by the City of Roseville
