Rosebrook is a community park of
about eight acres. It currently has two soccer/football fields, two tennis courts, a new
play structure, a warming shelter, and its most noted for its wading pool. There are
approximately 45 parking stall in the two lots that serve this park. There is also a
direct connection to the County Road C pathway that links to the Roseville and
regional trail systems.
The City is currently in the process of redevelop the softball fields into the two full-
sized soccer fields with drainage systems and irrigation. This is being made possible
through a previous Ramsey County Soccer Partners Grant. In addition, the City will
continue to redevelop Rosebrook Park by replacing the play structure, constructing a
loop trail, expanding the park lots and other minor park improvements. The
proposed lighting improvements would start in the spring of 2002 with public access
to the soccer fields in the late summer of 2002.
