Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br /> City Council of the <br /> City of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of <br /> the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on <br /> Tuesday, the 13th day of November, 2001, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION RECITING A PROPOSAL FOR A PRIVATE SCHOOL FACILITY <br /> PROJECT PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA LAW, GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO <br /> THE PROJECT AND THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS, AUTHORIZING THE <br /> SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL TO THE DEPARTMENT OF <br /> TRADE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING, AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE PUBLICATION OF A NOTICE OF THE HEARING <br /> (CONCORDIA ACADEMY INFORMATION/TECHNOLOGY ADDITION) <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> member , and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> 1342189v2 <br />
