Hearings <br /> Description: St. Paul Bagelry's application for On-Sale Wine license and 3.2 Beer License <br /> at 1702 Lexington Avenue. <br /> Background <br /> St. Paul Bagelry has applied for an On-Sale Wine License for establishments with 75 seats or less <br /> and a 3.2 Beer License at 1702 Lexington Avenue. The Police Chief has reviewed the records and <br /> finds no reason for denial of the Licenses. A representative from St. Paul Bagelry will attend the <br /> hearing to answer any questions the Council may have. <br /> Financial Implications <br /> The revenue that is generated from the license fees collected is used to offset the cost of police <br /> compliance checks, background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license <br /> administration. <br /> Recommendations <br /> It is recommended that the license be approved for the period August 1, 2001 thru December 3 1, <br /> 2001. <br /> Council Action <br /> Motion approving/denying the On-Sale Wine License for Establishments with 75 seats or less and <br /> the 3.2 Beer License for St. Paul Bagelry for the year ending December 3 1, 2001. <br />
