This collaborative test was performed under EPA Contract No. 68-D- <br /> 98-027, Work Assignment No. 2-08 and under CANA Project No. 305587. Mr. Foston <br /> Curtis was the EPA Work Assignment Manager and Mr. Paul Rahill was the CANA <br /> representative. <br /> In this draft test report, MRI presents a description of the source tested, the sampling and <br /> analysis procedures, quality assurance and quality control activities, reporting and data <br /> reduction activities, sample and data handling procedures, and schedule, for the test <br /> program. This report is contained in three volumes consisting of 1300 pages. <br /> The test program was conducted in NW's Applied Engineering Division under the <br /> .,., leadership of Mr. James Surman, Work Assignment Leader.
