WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the sum of$ and other valuable considerations in hand paid by the said party of the second part, said pa ies of'the first part do hereby grant and convey unto party of the second part, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement for a public pathway and appurtenances under and across the following described property in Ramsey County, Minnesota: THE WEST 2.00 FEET OF THE EAST 35.00 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED: SUBJECT TO STH 10162 AND GARDEN AVE.
