Communications and Public Comment <br /> A-1 Jenny Wagner, American Cancer Society: Invitation to Council and <br /> Residents Relay for Life at Roseville Area High School, Friday, July <br /> 279 2001 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> A-2 Bob Bierscheid: Reminder of current activities, International <br /> basketball tournament, The Great American Shootout; and Little Me <br /> a play by Rosetown Playhouse <br /> A-3 Neal Beets: Reported on Staff response to the complaints of Merlyn <br /> Scroggins regarding excessive lighting on freeways and Sophie <br /> Sowicki regarding bus service to Rosedale Mall. <br /> Without objection, Kysylyczyn moved to Item E- 1. Agenda Change <br /> (formerly E- 1) <br /> Caitlan McLoon was appointed to serve aone-year term as youth Appointment / <br /> member of the Parks and Recreation Commission and Hannah Oath of Office <br /> Neprash was appointed to serve aone-year term as youth member of Youth Commissioners <br /> the Human Rights Commission. As a part of the appointment Caitlan McLoon <br /> process, they also took their oath of office. Hannah Neprash <br /> Without objection, reverted to Agenda Section B, Approval of Agenda Change <br /> Minutes. <br /> B. Approval of Minutes Minutes <br /> B-1 Mastel moved, Klausing seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br /> of July 9, 2001 be approved.
