REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br /> DATE: 08/13/01 <br /> ITEM NO.: C'7 <br /> Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br /> Item Description: Rescheduling the Joint Work Session with the Lauderdale City Council <br /> Regarding the Proposed Reconstruction of Trunk Highway 280. <br /> Background: Mn/DOT is proposing a number of alternatives for the reconstruction of Trunk <br /> Highway 280. This reconstruction will impact the communities of Roseville and Lauderdale. <br /> Because of the mutual interests of both communities, the City of Roseville scheduled a joint <br /> works session with the Lauderdale City Council in the Lauderdale City Hall on August 20, <br /> 2001. This date did not work out for all of the members of the Lauderdale Council. <br /> It would be possible to reschedule this meeting for the Council's regular work session date, <br /> Tuesday, August 21, at 6: 30 pm at Lauderdale City Hall. <br /> RECOMIlVIENDED COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> Motion to reschedule the August 20, 2001 special work session to August 21, 2001 at 6:30 pm <br /> at Lauderdale City Hall for the purpose of hearing Mn/ DOT present alternatives for the <br /> reconstruction of Trunk Highway 280. <br /> Prepared by: Debra Bloom <br />
