c. Meritex Enterprises, Inc. shall receive City Council approval of an amended Public <br /> Improvement Contract and record it at Ramsey County before or at the same time as <br /> the Highcrest Park 3rd Addition plat is recorded; and <br /> d. Pursuant to the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the <br /> Highcrest Park 3rd Addition plat shall be subject to park dedication requirements in <br /> the form of a payment in lieu of land dedication amount to 5%of the fair market <br /> value of the subject parcel. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor: Willmus, <br /> Pust, McGehee, Johnson, and Roe; <br /> and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
