<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall on Monday, the 10th day of June, 1985, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmembers Curley, Franke and Kehr; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: Councilmember Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7758 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-85-14 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, in that area bounded by a line 135 feet, more <br /> <br />or less, south of Millwood Avenue on the south and County Road D <br />on the north, bounded on the east by a line 700 feet, more or <br />less, east of the center line of Fairview Avenue, and bounded on <br /> <br />the west by a line 350 feet, more or less, west of the center line <br /> <br />of Fairview Avenue, by the installation of storm drainage <br />facilities and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on <br /> <br />June 5, 1985, is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br />
