As you know, Suburban Hardware <br /> performed a parking lot upgrade at that time without a permit from the City. Since that time, the City Council <br /> has adopted a surface water management plan which requires that storm runoff be collected by a strum sewer <br /> system before being discharged into the City's system. <br /> As art of the upgrade to the site, Suburban Hardware will be installing curbing around the perimeter of the <br /> p. f the surface water management plan, all storm runoff <br /> existing parking lot. To comply with the provisions o g, P <br /> must be collected within the site.
