Resources, and with the following provisions: <br /> The 37.5 setback area from the ordinary high water level of Walsh Lake must <br /> be planted and maintained with natural vegetation. A walkway/open area not <br /> exceeding 0 feet in width will be allowed between the building area and the <br /> shoreline. The existing trees along the shoreline of the property must remain <br /> in place to soften the visual impact of the house from Walsh Lake. <br /> 2. The ' R ervious lot coverage of the parcel cannot exceed 25%. <br /> 3. Drainage of the property, including the driveway and roof graters, should be <br /> directed to Lake Street. <br /> 5.2 The Planning Commission's draft minutes are attached. <br /> 6.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br /> �� <br /> Y <br /> motion, approve Peter Kelsey and Greta Friedernann's request for variances <br /> to reduce the front yard setback to 20 feet and the setback from the ordinary <br /> high water level of Walsh Lake to 37.5 feet for the purpose of establishing a <br /> building ad, prior to having a house designed for the parcel at 1935 Lake <br /> Street, based on the findings outline in Section 3.1, pending approval from the <br /> Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and with the following provisions.- <br /> 1. The 37.5 setback area from the ordinary high water level of Walsh Lake must be <br /> planted and maintained with natural vegetation. A walkway/open area not <br /> exceeding 20 feet in width will be a'.lowed between the building area and the <br /> shoreline.
