This obviously would change the character of <br /> the street turning the street virt lly into an alleyway, and negatively impacting the value of our <br /> homes. <br /> NX11le I sympathize with Mr. Christensen regarding the lack of storage he has, certainly other <br /> options are available. I would respectfully request that the variance not be granted.
