<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rose vi lie, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-third day of September, 1996, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wiski, and the following were <br />absent: Wall. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9331 <br /> <br />FINAL ACCEPTANCE, CITY PROJECT W-95-03 <br />REP AINTING OF CITY WATER TOWER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on June 26, 1995, Odland Protective <br />Coatings of Rockford, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvement associated with City <br />Project W-95-03, repainting of the City's water tank. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOL VED. That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for <br />the final payment of such contract in the amount of $42,936.50, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and <br />Wiski and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />) <br />) SS <br />) <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manger of the City of Rose vi lIe, County of Ramsey, <br />State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br />of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 23rd day of September, 1996, with the <br />original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 23rd day of September, 1996. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />~.~~ <br />City Ma ager <br />
