Snelling <br /> Ave . <br /> Background: <br /> Old Chicago Restaurant is requesting a one day outside sales <br /> endorsement to their on-sale liquor license for September 26, 1998 . <br /> They are planning an octoberfest celebration from : 00 PM to 10 : 00 <br /> PM in the Har Mar Mall parking lot . (See attached) <br /> The City Council approved an outside sales endorsement to their <br /> license on July 8, 1996 for their patio area attached to the <br /> restaurant . <br /> A representative from old Chicago will be at the council meeting to <br /> answer any questions the council may have . <br /> Section 302 . 11 (C) of the City Code states the City Council nay, at <br /> it ' s discretion, issue such endorsement or refrain from issuing <br /> such an endorsement and may impose conditions to the endorsement <br /> such as, but not limited to, screening, time of day limitations and <br /> noise limitations . <br /> Council Action Requested <br /> Motion approving/denying old Chicago Restaurant request for an <br /> additional outside sales endorsement to their on-sale liquor <br /> license at 2100 N.
