EXTRA C T OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE OP Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Mall on !Monday, the 1 Oth day of August, 1 998, at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: GRANTING A VARIANCE To ALLOW A SECOND ACCESSORY BUILDING AND INCREASE THE LOT COVERAGE To 70% OF THE REQUIRED REAR YARD AT 2042-2044 DALE STREET NORTH WHEREAS, Section 1004.01(A) of the Roseville City Code allows one acdessory building not exceeding an area equal to % of the required rear yard for residential properties; and WHEREAS, Mike Heffernan has requested a variance to allow the construction of a second accessory building and a variance to increase the lot coverage to 70% of the required rear yard for the purpose of constructing a 4r x 36' detached garage at 04 - 044 Dale Street North, legally described as follows: The South 76.5 feet of the Forth 1328.5 feet of the west 300 feet of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey Counter, subject to Dale Street (PIN 132923220009); and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the request on Wednesday,, J my 8, 1 998, and recommended approval of the requested variance; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation on Monday, .duly 27, 1998 and with the applicant amended the request for Monday, August 10, 1998, and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council made the following findings: 1.
