Meredith abl e's system will be able to address opportunities to meet the no n� <br /> video interests of the business community by including fiber capacity throucrh business <br /> corridors identified durincy the construction walkout in order to explore Wcrh speed data <br /> services demand by business users. <br /> E. MATTE NT TO ACCESS P SAM <br /> Meredith Cable proposes to meet and exceed the agreements regarding access support which <br /> were entered into with the forth Suburban Cable Communications Commission in the November <br /> 1994 Memorandum of Understanding. Specifically Meredith Cable proposes the following <br /> support for local access programming: <br /> E - 1. Meredith Cable agrees to maintain the number of access channels (12) as currently <br /> exist and accept the concept of having the current channel loan agreements extended for <br /> the fifteen (15) gear renewal term and that the Commission will retain control over the <br /> entire 611 spectrum that equals one channel.. <br /> E - 2. Meredith Cable agrees that the Commission can, on its own, change the name of <br /> required PEG channels, provided that Meredith is indemnified from any claims as a result <br />
