NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows : <br /> 1 . The City agrees to provide the following improvement <br /> (the "Improvements") within Special Service District loo. 1 : <br /> The improvement of the parking lot, relocation of a <br /> driveway and installation of curbing, landscaping <br /> within the parking lot and along street right-of--war{ <br /> including installation of a sprinkler system, <br /> replacement and improvement of parking lot lighting and <br /> installation of fencing between the special service <br /> district and adjoining property owners . <br /> 2 . The city shall impose the following service charge for <br /> the Improvements within Special Service District No. 1 : <br /> The annual amount of $30, 285 will be imposed on the <br /> property owners within Special Service District No. 1 <br /> for each of the years payable 1999 through and <br /> including 2008 . <br /> 3 . The service charge shall be payable at the sans time <br /> and in the same manner as provided for payment and collection of <br /> ad valorem taxes . The City Manager shall certify to the County <br /> Auditor by the date provided in Minnesota Statutes, Section <br /> 429 . 061, Subd. 3 , for the annual certification of special <br /> assessment installments. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> duly seconded by member and upon a vote being <br /> taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br /> and the following voted against the same : <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> adopted. <br /> 941960.1 2 <br />
