EX'T'RACT of MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY of RO EVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY9 MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Mall on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July, 1998, at :30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: and the following members were absent: ouncilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, RESOLUTION AWARDING BIDS FOR ROSEVILLE CENTER SITE RENOVATION Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans and p s ecifications thereof on file at the office of G.A. Domino Construction Company, on behalf of the City of Roseville, said bids were received on Wednesday, July 22, 1 998, at 11:00 a.m., r opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: BIDDER WOK AMOUNT Don Zappa And Sons Earthwork $479619.00 Black Top Paving of MN paving $545094.70 Summit Inc. Concrete Concrete $52,670.00 Scandy Concrete Inc. Concrete $903300.00 WEEREAS, it appears that the following are the lowest responsible bidders for Earthwork, Don pp za pp a and Sons; laving, Black Top Paving of Minnesota and Concrete, Summit Inc. Concrete. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contracts with Don za pp a and Sons for$47,619.00; Black Top Paving of Minnesota for 54,094.70 and Summit Inc. Concrete for$82,670.00 in the name of the City of Roseville for improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved b the x p g st Council and on file at the office of G.A. Domino Construction Inc. acting on behalf of the City of Roseville.
