EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Fall on Monday, the <br /> 27th day of July, 1998, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> GRANTING A VARIANCE <br /> To ALLOW A SECOND ACCESSORY BUILDING <br /> AND INCREASE THE LOT COVERAGE To 76.5% <br /> OF THE REQUIRED REAR YARD <br /> AT 2042-2044 DALE STREET NORTH <br /> WHEREAS, Section +1004.01(A) of the Roseville City Code allows one accessory <br /> building not exceeding an area equal to % of the required rear yard for residential <br /> properties: and <br /> 1 HEREAs: Mike Heffernan has requested a variance to allow the construction of <br /> a second accessory building and a variance to increase the lot coverage to 76.5% of the <br /> required rear yard for the purpose of constructing a 8' x 36' detached garage at o4 - <br /> 044 Dale street North, legally described as follows: <br /> The South 76.5 feet of the North 1328.5 feet of the best 300 feet of the <br /> Northwest Quarter of section 13, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br /> subject to Dale street (PIN 1 3292 coo ); and <br /> WHEREAS,, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the <br /> request on Wednesday, duly 8, 1998, and recommended approval of the requested <br /> variance; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation on Monday, July 27, 1998, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council made the following findings: <br /> The pmposed variance is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of <br /> the City's Comprehensive Plan and Title 10 of the City code (Zoning). <br /> Section 1004.01 of the City code allows one detached garage and limits the <br /> Resolution - Page 1 of <br />
