What uses should be part of a successful Roseville City Center's <br /> What are examples of other successful City Centers; in the region, in the State of <br /> Minnesota, in the U.S.? <br /> What is the current"body of knowledge" regarding, traffic, land use, utilities, <br /> drainage and environmental issues that can be offered to residents and the City? <br /> 1. What are the positive features of the existing civic center? <br /> 2. How do existing civic and r6creationa.l uses fit with potential new uses' <br /> 3. what are the short and long-terra land use issues that need to be resolved` <br /> 4. what are the traffic issues in terms of site access and road capacity? <br /> 5. What environmental regulations need to be resolved in terms of storm water and <br /> subsurface water quality and quantity,noise, air quality, etc. <br /> 6. what are the rights and responsibilities of adjoining property owners, City, <br /> County, etc. <br /> 7.
