The City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota. <br /> City Utility System. Facilities used for providing non-energy related public utility' <br /> service owned or operated by City or agency thereof, including sewer and water service, but <br /> ecludin g facilities fo€ providing heating, lighting or other forms of energy. <br /> omn ssinn. The Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, or any successor agency or <br /> agencies, including any agency of the federal govern-neat which preempts all or part of the <br /> authority to regulate gas retail rates now vested 1n the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission. <br /> Company. Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation} its successors <br /> and assigns. <br /> Gas Facilities. Gas transmission and distribution pipes, maim, regulators and necessary <br /> appurtenances owned or operated by Company for the purpose of providing natural gas, <br /> -manufactured gas, or other form of gaseous energy for public use. <br /> 3. <br />
