Property Requirement Proposal vadance 2922 Simpson street 5' setback 1' setback 4' variance 2936 Aroma Street 5' setback 0' setback 5' variance BACKGROUNO - .1 Beth of the properties are zoned R-1, single Family Residential. 2.2 These p �r erty owners were notified that their driveways are nonconforming in conjunction with preparations for a public improvement project (P-98-02).
