<br /> variance at 1433 Skillman Avenue West, to reduce the side yard setback of a
<br /> driveway/parking area to zero feet for the purpose of widening a driveway,be
<br /> approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Nall.

<br /> E. ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br /> E-1 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded,that the Open Government and Fiscal OPEN GOVERN-
<br /> Disclosure Policy, which extends the Council's past practice of openness to all MENT AND
<br /> City,affiliated groups, Committees, dissociations, and Joint Powers FISCAL POLICY
<br /> organizations, be approved as mended by making the last part of the first
<br /> sentence under"Policy" a separate bullet to read``The proceedings are to be
<br /> broadcast or recorded in either video or voice node", and changing the 24 hour
<br /> advance meeting notice in the last paragraph undo'`Policy"to read 72 hour
<br /> advance meeting notice. Roll Call, dyes-, Goedekel Wiski, Mastel, Maschka,

<br /> E-2 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded,the Roseville Convention and Visitors ROSEVILLE
<br /> Bureau Articles of Incorporation amendments, as proposed by the City CONVENTION
<br /> attorney} be approved and also amending the first sentence of Article V to read AND VISITORS
<br /> "shall consist of not less than 5 nor more than 9 voting directors. The original
<br /> members of the Board shall total 5 and shall he appointed as follows:". Roll
